Returns Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item that doesn't suit you.

Returns are accepted provided that:

• The product has not been worn;
• It has not been damaged in any way;
• And it is returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, any damaged, used, or incomplete product unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Before returning any item, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@boutique-orthodoxe.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with precise instructions.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued within 7 to 10 business days, via the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.

This returns policy supplements our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern your order as a whole.
