Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms govern the sale of products by Boutique Orthodoxe to any purchaser (hereinafter the "Customer") on the website www.boutique-orthodoxe.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.boutique-orthodoxe.com, subject to availability. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Boutique Orthodoxe reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Order
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase, adds them to their cart, and confirms the order after accepting the Terms. A confirmation email is automatically sent once the order is placed. Boutique Orthodoxe reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.
Article 5 — Payment
Payments are processed securely through the platforms offered on the site (Shopify Payments, credit card, etc.). Bank details are never stored by Boutique Orthodoxe. The order is considered final once full payment of the amount due has been received.
Article 6 — Delivery
We deliver to mainland France, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and internationally, depending on available delivery zones. Average delivery times are 6 to 9 business days, but may vary depending on the destination. Boutique Orthodoxe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal & returns
The Customer has 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
For hygiene reasons, returned products must not have been worn or damaged. Otherwise, Boutique Orthodoxe reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Article 8 — Refunds
Once the return is approved, the refund is issued within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.
Article 9 — Liability
Boutique Orthodoxe cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use or purchase of products sold on its website.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (text, visuals, graphics, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Boutique Orthodoxe. Any partial or complete reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Article 12 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 13 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Customers who are consumers have the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after first submitting a written complaint to Boutique Orthodoxe.
