1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Boutique Orthodoxe to any buyer (hereinafter the "Customer") on the websitewww.boutique-orthodoxe.com . Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.boutique-orthodoxe.com , subject to availability. Product photographs and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Boutique Orthodoxe reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase, adds them to their basket, and then confirms their order after accepting the Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email is automatically sent after validation. Orthodox Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are secured via the platforms offered on the site (Shopify Payments, bank card, etc.).
Boutique Orthodoxe never stores bank details. The order is considered final only after full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We deliver to mainland France, overseas territories and internationally depending on available zones.
Average delivery times are 6 to 9 working days , but may vary depending on the destination.
Boutique Orthodoxe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
The Customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.
For hygiene reasons, returned products must not have been worn or damaged . Otherwise, Boutique Orthodoxe reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Refunds
Once the return is validated, the refund is made within 7 to 10 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
9. Responsibility
Boutique Orthodoxe cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use or purchase of products sold on its website.
